Aurora

Aurora Aksnes was born on 15 June 1996 in Stavanger Norway. She is professionally known as Aurora and sometimes stylized with the letters in uppercase as AURORA. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves by Decca Records was released on May 15th, 2015 and received great reviews from bloggers and music critics as well as from the media. Half the World Away from the band Oasis was recorded to accompany an advertisement of John Lewis, and Nature Boy is the Nat King Cole cover. Katy Perry posted a video that she supported Runaway. The endorsement earned her some recognition. Celebrate her special birthday. Aurora Aksnes earliest musical memory was of discovering a piano in her attic and being awed by the sound it could produce. Jan Oystein Aksnes, her parents May Britt Aksnes, and Jan Oystein Aksnes, encouraged their daughter to learn music as a passion rather as a career. Her parents inspired her to write. Her sources include noted writers Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan in addition to her love for Bjork's style. The singer decided to perform the songs she wrote publicly after her mother suggested that they can help other people, not to gain fame with her work, but instead help people see around them realize their own importance and how they impact the world. She began playing the piano at age six and creating music when she was nine. It wasn't until her 14th birthday that she revealed her plans to her parents. Aurora had no idea of being a famous singer. She claims that she likes to write songs. The music she composes is how she feels about any thing.
